Reviews of the Freedom of the Seas

Cruising is more than just a vacation, it’s an all-inclusive experience and recently we were able to discover the Freedom of the Seas from Royal Caribbean . Departing from Port Canaveral our vacation began as soon as we set foot aboard the Freedom of the Seas. Our first thoughts of the ship were amazingly stunning.

We made our way through the Eastern Caribbean , Our first impression was the ship is maintained in excellent condition. We enjoyed our stay in a Superior Ocean View Stateroom.

The stateroom was decorated in light colors, and fealt very spacious. The air conditioning worked very well, and the cabin appointments were very comfortable. The new mattresses provide for a great sleep as well!

While sailing aboard the Freedom of the Seas, we had many dining options to choose from. Our favorite restaurant was Chops Grille. I had the lamb chops and it was decadent. As with all of Royal Caribbean’s speciality restaurants, the service is 5 Stars and the other dishes are nothing shore of amazing.

There is no end to the onboard entertainment. From intimate lounges and late-night clubs to award-winning theaters and comedy skits, cruise entertainment has enough variety to keep anyone entertained. The ice skating show was amazing, and should not be missed

It wouldn’t be vacation without some quality relaxation. The Freedom of the Seas spa and fitness facilities were second to none. At the Day Spa I received massage and it was amazing as well. tranquil poolside Solarium area. The tranquil poolside Solarium area was our favorite because we could let our cares waste away.

While we could’ve stayed on the Freedom of the Seas for the entire trip, we took some time to explore St. Maarten. Some of the shore excursions offered by Royal Caribbean were a little pricey. We participated in some of the shore excursions offered through “The Shore Excursion Group” that Seaward Travels wholesales and thought they were reasonably priced and a great time withouth the crowds.

Our Eastern Caribbean cruise aboard the Freedom of the Seas was family friendly, because of all the childrens activities and events. . Families would benefit from the splash zone, the kids programs, etc.

The service for this cruise was top notch as always.

Overall, sailing Eastern Caribbean aboard Freedom of the Seas was an experience I will never forget. My most memorable moment was seeing the Promenade for the first time. I would recommend this cruise to anyone looking for an adventerous, or relaxing time. Please contact us at 866 610 5481
